Triunity Tapped to Manage Denver's $950 Million GO Bond Program

Denver has enlisted Triunity Inc. to oversee the Vibrant Denver GO Bond Program, a massive $950 million infrastructure initiative. As the prime program management consultant, the firm will coordinate 58 distinct projects ranging from bridge and street repairs to upgrades for libraries and community housing, all funded without increasing local taxes.

The scope of the contract positions Triunity, an Egis company, at the center of the city’s long-term development strategy. The team is tasked with managing program controls, portfolio delivery, and technology integration to ensure the 58 projects meet their specific schedule and budget requirements. Oversight will span five key portfolios, including public facilities, transportation, and health services.

Matt Olley, Colorado Area Manager for Triunity, characterized the initiative as a transformative investment for the city. Under the direction of Stephanie Reed, the firm will lead a multidisciplinary team dedicated to stakeholder coordination and project governance. This partnership aims to streamline the delivery of infrastructure improvements that city officials identified through extensive community engagement and technical planning.
