Quanta Services Prices $2 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Houston-based infrastructure firm Quanta Services has priced a $2 billion senior notes offering, split into three tranches maturing in 2029, 2033, and 2036. The company intends to direct the proceeds toward general corporate purposes, including the repayment of existing commercial paper and senior credit facility obligations.

The offering consists of $500 million in 4.850% notes due 2029, $750 million in 5.300% notes due 2033, and $750 million in 5.550% notes due 2036. Pricing for the tranches was set at 99.950%, 99.757%, and 99.696% of face value, respectively. The transaction is scheduled to close on August 6, 2026, contingent upon the completion of customary closing conditions.

A syndicate of financial institutions, including BofA Securities, Wells Fargo Securities, and J.P. Morgan Securities, acted as joint book-running managers for the deal. The notes were issued under an existing shelf registration statement previously filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Quanta, a provider of specialized infrastructure solutions for the utility and energy sectors, will use the capital to clear outstanding debt, effectively restructuring its balance sheet as it continues operations across North America and international markets.
