The company’s growth was underpinned by organic gains in its Investor Communication Solutions and Global Technology and Operations segments. For the full fiscal year, total revenues reached $7.48 billion, a 9% increase over the previous year. CEO Tim Gokey credited the firm’s focus on digital transformation, specifically noting the integration of tokenized assets and agentic AI as key drivers for future productivity. Closed sales for the year hit $305 million, reflecting sustained demand for the company’s governance and communication platforms.

Looking ahead, Broadridge issued guidance for fiscal year 2027, projecting recurring revenue growth between 6% and 8%. The company also authorized a new $1.5 billion share repurchase program, replacing its previous authorization. This dividend hike marks the 20th consecutive annual increase, underscoring the firm's commitment to returning capital to shareholders while continuing to invest in the infrastructure powering global financial markets.
