The company’s growth was underscored by a significant rise in profitability, with net income climbing by $13 million compared to the first quarter. Adjusted EBITDA also saw a strong gain, reaching $93 million. John Schmitz, President and CEO, attributed these results to robust demand across all operating segments and improved margins in core business lines.
Select Water Solutions Reports Record Revenue in Second Quarter 2026
Select Water Solutions posted $396 million in consolidated revenue for the second quarter of 2026, marking an 8% sequential increase. The firm achieved record-breaking performance in its Water Infrastructure and Chemical Technologies segments, while simultaneously securing a major seven-year infrastructure contract in the Northern Delaware Basin.

Central to the company's expansion is a new deal with a large public operator, which includes the conveyance of 14 saltwater disposal wells and the construction of a 19-mile pipeline. This project is backed by a 128-million-barrel minimum volume commitment over seven years, solidifying Select's footprint in New Mexico's Lea and Eddy Counties. Following these developments, the company has adjusted its 2026 net capital expenditure forecast to between $250 million and $290 million to support ongoing infrastructure projects.
