The restaurant centers on the traditional gaucho service model, where flame-grilled meats—including beef, lamb, pork, and Brazilian sausage—are carved tableside. This method mimics the centuries-old practices of Southern Brazilian cowboys, utilizing wood charcoal heat to finish each cut. Complementing the meat service is a 50-item gourmet salad area featuring artisan cheeses, charcuterie, and various regional specialties.
Salim Asrawi, President of Texas de Brazil, identified the region as a natural fit, citing the area's growth and demand for upscale dining. The new space is designed to accommodate diverse needs, ranging from casual happy hours at the bar to formal corporate events and private holiday gatherings. The venue joins a growing national footprint that began in Addison, Texas, back in 1998.
