Leadership Shifts at Tufton and Equiom

Tufton Investment Management has appointed Kael O’Sullivan as head of investor relations, effective 1 September. O’Sullivan, formerly of Taylor Maritime and Grindrod Shipping, brings 15 years of experience in capital markets to the firm. He will oversee engagement for the company’s maritime strategies, including the 21-ship fleet managed by Tufton Assets Limited. Furthermore, he will support the firm’s transition into managing the CQS Natural Resources Growth and Income fund, a move that includes the arrival of portfolio managers Keith Watson and Robert Crayfourd.

In Guernsey, Equiom has bolstered its senior leadership team with the appointments of Sharon Rogers as executive director for Private Wealth & Family Office and Allister Carey as director of Corporate Services. Rogers, who joins the board of Equiom (Guernsey) Limited, brings three decades of fiduciary experience to managing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients. Carey, with over 20 years in the sector, is tasked with driving the growth of the firm’s corporate and pension offerings. Marie McNeela, managing director for the Channel Islands, stated that these additions are intended to strengthen the firm’s local expertise and long-term service delivery.
