With over two decades of experience navigating global financial markets, Paul Gallant has joined Versana as Chief Product Officer. He steps into the newly created role to spearhead the digital expansion of the company’s data infrastructure, targeting a $9 trillion broadly syndicated loan and private credit landscape.
His appointment follows a period of significant growth for Versana, bolstered by a $43 million capital raise and the recent integration of Barclays’ agented deals. The platform now claims facility coverage exceeding $4.3 trillion in active commitments. Sachs noted that Gallant’s background in complex alternatives will be critical as the company scales its operations and deepens its value proposition for institutional clients.
