Solina Acquires Epicurean Butter in Strategic Expansion

Epicurean Butter, which provides customized flavor solutions for retailers and foodservice operators, will maintain its Denver facility as Solina’s primary hub for dairy innovation. The company's existing leadership team, including CEO Stephen Owens, remains in place to oversee operations under the new ownership.

Under HC Private Investments, the business underwent a significant transformation, expanding its manufacturing capabilities and infrastructure. John P. Kelly, Managing Partner at HCPI, credited the rapid sale to the advisor’s ability to generate immediate buyer interest and maintain momentum. For Solina, the acquisition serves to bolster its existing flavor innovation portfolio with specialized expertise in the compound butter sector.
