As the HVACR industry grapples with rapid evolution, Women in HVACR has tapped three industry experts to headline its 2026 annual conference, Built for Speed. The event, scheduled for September 27–29 in Indianapolis, aims to provide attendees with concrete strategies for navigating professional transitions and fostering inclusive workplace cultures.

Michelle Myers, founder and CEO of Pink Callers, rounds out the featured speakers by tackling the tension between professional and personal obligations. Her session moves away from the traditional concept of work-life balance, advocating instead for energy management and intentional delegation.
