The Singapore-based AI infrastructure provider concluded its 2025 repurchase program on August 4, 2026, having spent capital to secure 2,326,089 ordinary shares at an average price of $8.58 each. Building on this momentum, the board of directors approved a new mandate on August 6, 2026, permitting the company to buy back up to $20 million in stock over the coming twelve months.
Management maintains that current valuations fail to capture the intrinsic potential of its full-stack AI solutions, which range from high-performance servers to liquid cooling systems for data centers. By deploying capital through open market trades, block transactions, or private negotiations, the company aims to bolster shareholder value while retaining the financial agility necessary to navigate the competitive AI infrastructure landscape.
