The Leadership Circle functions as a hub for business leaders and policy experts to address challenges in education, civics, and community resilience. For iCEV, which serves over 3,800 school districts, the move signals a strategic push to integrate its career-readiness programs directly into national policy dialogues. By joining this cohort, the company gains access to exclusive summits and research initiatives intended to scale workforce solutions.

Dusty Moore, CEO of iCEV, noted that the collaboration creates a necessary alignment between educators and employers. The company intends to leverage its portfolio of industry-recognized credentials—spanning 14 career clusters—to provide a practical perspective to the Foundation's broader initiatives. Jim Kirchner, the company's chief revenue officer, emphasized that the goal is to translate the realities of thousands of CTE classrooms into actionable strategies for closing the national skills gap.
