One Times Square Unveils Immersive History Experience
Visitors can now traverse centuries of New York City history through a high-tech lens at One Times Square. The newly opened Times Travel exhibit combines motion-activated storytelling with physical artifacts, transforming the historic headquarters into a permanent, multi-sensory destination centered on the evolution of the iconic New Year’s Eve celebration.
Designed by Roto and BHVR, the experience relies on historically accurate reconstructions and live-action performances to bridge the gap between archival fact and modern digital immersion. The tour concludes nineteen stories above the street on the Times Square Skywalk, a wraparound deck offering views from river to river. Tickets for the experience start at $44, marking a significant step in owner Jamestown’s effort to turn the 26-story tower into a year-round hub for tourism and events.
