Paramount Skydance Extends Debt Offer Deadlines Again

Paramount Skydance Corporation has pushed back the expiration dates for its ongoing cash tender and exchange offers until August 21, 2026, marking the seventh such extension as the company continues to align its debt restructuring with the timeline of its pending acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery.

The company, which operates under the ticker PSKY, is seeking to reorganize notes currently held by Discovery Global Holdings and Discovery Communications. As of August 6, 2026, approximately 65.4% of the targeted tender notes and 76% of the exchange notes had been validly submitted. Management characterized these participation rates as preliminary, noting that the ongoing extensions are specifically designed to sync settlement dates with the final closing of the WBD acquisition.

While the current deadline is set for 5:00 p.m. New York City time on August 21, the company maintains the discretion to extend these offers further. The move reflects a broader effort to manage capital structures across the entities involved in the merger. Paramount has engaged BofA Securities and Citigroup to serve as dealer managers for the process, while Global Bondholder Services Corporation handles the exchange and information agent duties for interested investors.
