V2X Secures $500 Million Marine Corps Logistics Contract
The U.S. Marine Corps Logistics Command has tapped V2X Inc. for a logistics integration contract worth up to $500 million. The agreement focuses on the Secondary Repairable (SECREP) program, tasking the Reston-based firm with managing the intricate repair and sustainment cycles for essential military hardware over the coming years.
Jeremy C. Wensinger, President and CEO of V2X, noted that the firm’s role involves managing complex sustainment operations to improve supply chain performance. By integrating engineering and lifecycle management, the contractor aims to extend the service life of critical assets and ensure warfighters maintain access to mission-essential gear. The contract reinforces V2X's position within the defense sector, where it currently employs roughly 16,000 professionals focused on integrating physical and digital logistics environments.
