Institutional accounts led the performance, reaching $39.6 billion, while open-end funds climbed to $50.1 billion. Closed-end funds also saw modest gains, ending the period at $12.7 billion.
Cohen & Steers Assets Grow to $102.5 Billion in July
Cohen & Steers reported a $2.4 billion expansion in assets under management during July 2026, pushing the firm’s total holdings to $102.5 billion. The New York-based investment manager benefited from a combination of favorable market conditions and consistent capital inflows throughout the month.

Since its founding in 1986, the firm has focused on real assets and alternative income, including real estate and infrastructure. The latest figures confirm a steady upward trajectory from the $100.1 billion recorded on June 30.
