EeroQ focuses on quantum processors utilizing electrons trapped on superfluid helium. By designing this architecture for compatibility with existing CMOS fabrication lines, the company aims to scale toward millions of qubits with lower resource requirements than traditional methods. CEO Nick Farina noted that the recognition validates the company's efforts to integrate quantum technology into the next generation of allied security infrastructure.
