North American Dental Group Reports Efficiency Gains After CERTIFY Rollout

More than 80% of patients across 250 North American Dental Group locations now utilize self-service check-in, a shift that has doubled the speed of prior-balance collections. One year into the partnership with CERTIFY Health, the dental organization has reclaimed approximately 60 hours of administrative capacity per practice each week.

The integration of CERTIFY’s platform has centralized scheduling, communications, and payment processing, effectively removing routine administrative burdens from front-desk staff. Despite initial concerns that automated kiosks might alienate patients, the group’s Net Promoter Score has risen alongside the adoption of digital check-ins. By consolidating multiple legacy systems into a single interface, the organization has streamlined support across its 15-state footprint.

Paul Reda, CEO of NADG, noted that the objective was not to replace staff, but to reallocate their time toward patient-facing interactions and clinical support. This transition has allowed team members to prioritize high-value tasks such as securing re-appointments and managing complex care plans. With over 1.5 million appointments processed through the platform since last year, the partnership has shifted from a pilot phase to a core component of the group's operational strategy.
