The labor action follows the membership’s rejection of a final contract offer they deemed insufficient to address local living costs.
The striking unit encompasses a wide range of essential personnel, including drivers, dispatchers, maintenance staff, and customer service representatives. These employees provide critical door-to-door transit for individuals with reduced mobility who cannot utilize fixed-route public transportation.
