The honorees include David J. Dykeman, Roman Fayerberg, Prashant Girinath, David S. Harburger, Chinh H. Pham, and Andrew (A.J.) Tibbetts. Selection for the list follows a rigorous process of confidential nominations and research, including interviews with senior members of the global IP community.

These attorneys represent a broad spectrum of technical expertise, ranging from life sciences and medical devices to artificial intelligence and software. Dykeman, who co-chairs the firm's global Life Sciences & Medical Technology Group, leads a cohort focused on aligning patent estates with client business goals. Similarly, Tibbetts has built a practice centered on software and electronics, notably securing patents that have withstood high-level invalidity challenges.

In a joint statement, Boston office co-managing shareholders David J. Dykeman and Terence P. McCourt noted that the recognition highlights the firm's focus on combining technical depth with legal insight to support long-term client growth. Greenberg Traurig’s broader intellectual property practice currently includes over 260 attorneys and patent agents operating across the United States, Asia, and Europe.
