CleanCore Solutions Rebrands as Zone Frontier After $100 Million Raise
A $100 million equity injection has cleared the path for CleanCore Solutions to pivot into AI infrastructure, shifting the company’s focus toward the development of high-capacity data centers. The firm, which is rebranding as Zone Frontier Inc., now holds $140 million in capital committed to its flagship Minnesota campus.

CEO Tyler Hassen characterized the financing as the final hurdle before shifting from development to active construction. The company stated it does not plan to pursue further dilutive financing for the Minnesota project, intending to cover remaining costs through a mix of project-level debt and operational cash flow. The transition to the name Zone Frontier Inc. is scheduled for completion by the end of August, marking a definitive break from the firm's previous business model.
