Among those joining the leadership ranks is Bruce Ross, a seasoned executive from the Royal Bank of Canada who brings three decades of global technology expertise.

While Ross garnered the most support, other long-standing directors faced varying levels of shareholder scrutiny. Sophie Brochu received 77.47% approval, while Louis Têtu saw 90.43% support. The remaining board members, including Matthew Bromberg and Patrick M. Shanahan, maintained approval ratings consistently above 94%.
