Since the rollout began in December 2025, Arintra has processed over 50,000 patient charts. The transition has led to a measurable shift in documentation precision, with the average evaluation and management level rising from 3.49 to 3.63. According to Daimion Haughton, Director of Revenue Cycle at Vanova Health, this increase reflects clinical work that was previously under-coded due to systemic fears of audits and claim denials.
Unlike automated tools that operate as opaque black boxes, Arintra links every generated code to specific clinical documentation. This transparency provides a defensible audit trail that satisfies Vanova’s payer requirements and clinically integrated network standards. Dr. Sally Mravcak, Medical Director at Vanguard Medical Group, noted that the platform captures previously missed charges—such as vaccines and annual wellness visits—allowing providers to redirect their focus toward patient flow and clinical outcomes rather than billing mechanics.
