Endurance Lands 11th Spot on Inc. 5000 List

For the eleventh time, Northbrook-based Endurance has secured a spot on the Inc. 5000, ranking 2,911th among the fastest-growing private companies in the United States. This latest placement marks a slight climb from the firm's 2025 position, highlighting sustained expansion within the competitive vehicle protection sector.

The company, which provides vehicle service contracts, also earned regional recognition earlier this year, ranking 60th on the Inc. Regionals: Midwest list. Beyond its growth metrics, Endurance recently received a nod from Selling Power as one of the 60 Best Companies to Sell For in 2026, a distinction based on its internal sales training and compensation structures.

Justin C. Thomas, CEO of Endurance, credits the consistent national performance to a cross-departmental focus on customer experience and service delivery. Founded in 2006, the provider manages its own claims processing and maintains a VIP Repair Network, including a partnership with RepairPal to connect drivers with certified repair facilities. The Inc. 5000 ranking is determined by percentage revenue growth over a three-year period, serving as a primary indicator of independent business scaling in the U.S. economy.
