EQT AB Continues Share Buyback Program Through Mid-August
Stockholm-based EQT AB repurchased 643,000 ordinary shares during the week of August 10 to August 14, 2026. These transactions, executed on Nasdaq Stockholm by Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB, represent the latest phase in a broader initiative to acquire up to 4.37 million shares by early September.

Since the program commenced on July 20, EQT has accumulated 2,438,661 shares at an average cost of 330.95 SEK per unit. As of August 14, EQT holds 59,103,426 of its own shares, leaving 1,167,499,438 shares outstanding. These treasury shares do not carry voting rights and are excluded from dividend distributions.
