OPC Energy Secures NIS 600 Million in Series E Bond Issuance
With an annual coupon of 4.56% and a 7.4-year duration, OPC Energy has raised NIS 600 million through a new bond series. The offering, listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, provides the independent power producer with fresh capital to scale its natural gas and renewable energy projects across Israel and the United States.

CEO Giora Almogy noted that the issuance aligns with the company’s long-term growth trajectory, allowing it to capitalize on regional energy demand. CFO Ana Berenstein Shvartsman emphasized that the move is part of a disciplined capital management approach, designed to maintain a stable funding structure while supporting ongoing investment programs. The bonds are now available for trading, marking another step in the firm's efforts to diversify its long-term capital sources.
