The transition represents a fundamental change for the Nasdaq-listed firm, which intends to conduct an orderly exit from its current digital asset holdings. By redirecting resources toward its robotics ecosystem, AIxC aims to build a scalable model that facilitates robot rental and utilization for real-world applications. The company envisions a shift from speculative asset management to a service-based revenue structure, relying on transaction volume and repeat demand from commercial clients.
AIxC Shifts Focus from Digital Assets to Robotics Commercialization
AIxC Holdings is pivoting away from its digital asset treasury strategy to center operations on the commercial deployment of physical robots. The company marked the start of this transition on August 15, 2026, by completing the first paid commercial order through its RoboShare marketplace for a high-profile entertainment event in Los Angeles.

RoboShare serves as the primary vehicle for this strategy, functioning as a marketplace that connects robot owners with end users. The platform’s initial rollout is targeting ten cities, with Los Angeles serving as the inaugural market. The first commercial deployment featured a diverse lineup of six robots, including a Master humanoid and several Aegis Pro quadrupeds, utilized for a live event in Malibu. The client, entertainer DU$TY, represents the type of creator-driven partnership the company plans to pursue to generate market exposure and consistent robot utilization. While the company views this successful transaction as a critical early proof point, it acknowledges that future financial performance remains dependent on scaling these partnerships and successfully managing the complexities of autonomous machine operations in public environments.
