Unveiled during its 2026 interim results, the new identity signals an aggressive push to integrate Chinese research into international markets through high-value partnerships and advanced therapeutic pipelines.

Financial performance underscores this trajectory, with the company securing significant capital through strategic alliances. It has completed four major out-licensing deals with multinational corporations, netting over US$1 billion in upfront payments and a total deal value potential exceeding US$7 billion. Notable 2026 agreements include a US$1.53 billion licensing deal with Sanofi for the dual JAK/ROCK inhibitor rovadicitinib and a US$1.9 billion agreement with AstraZeneca for the respiratory drug TQC3721.
