Following five years of rapid expansion in the utility-scale renewable sector, Fort Lauderdale-based LPL Solar has elevated Will Little to the position of Chief Operating Officer. He assumes broader oversight of the firm’s national operations, working alongside founder and CEO Mike Little to manage a growing portfolio of energy projects.

His technical background includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, complemented by contractor licenses across 16 states. As COO, he will continue overseeing the firm's focus on safety and project execution for independent power producers and utility developers. Mike Little remains at the helm as CEO, emphasizing that the promotion formalizes a leadership trajectory that has been central to the company’s growth since its inception.
