By applying human-centered principles to institutional architecture, the initiative aims to identify execution risks before they stall critical projects. It moves away from traditional academic learning models, favoring an empirical risk assessment approach intended to foster cultural alignment among staff.
Industry veterans Melody Trimble and Jennifer Matthews spearhead the effort. Trimble, a former health system CEO, and Matthews, a certified behavioral coach, work directly with client partners to bolster accountability and consistency across clinical and financial departments. According to Richard Woods, Executive Vice President of the firm, the goal is to shift focus from merely setting priorities to ensuring that teams share a unified vision for implementation.
