Adonis Expands Leadership to Scale AI Revenue Cycle Platform

Following a $40 million Series C funding round and a year of quadruple revenue growth, New York-based Adonis is restructuring its executive suite. The AI-driven revenue cycle management platform appointed Alison Bloom-Kiefer as Chief Product Officer and promoted Doug Pickett to the newly created role of Chief Revenue Officer.

The leadership expansion arrives as healthcare providers struggle with escalating payer complexity and persistent reimbursement denials. Adonis aims to leverage these appointments to accelerate product innovation and deepen market penetration. CEO Akash Magoon noted that the company is transitioning into a phase where specialized leadership is required to translate complex clinical workflows into automated, self-improving financial systems.

Bloom-Kiefer joins with two decades of experience, having previously served as Vice President of Product at Oscar Health. Her mandate includes sharpening the company's product roadmap and scaling execution to reduce the administrative burden on revenue teams. Meanwhile, Pickett, who has been with the company for three years, moves from his position as Senior Vice President of Sales. As the company's first Chief Revenue Officer, he is tasked with expanding client relationships and overseeing the commercial organization's growth strategy. These appointments signal a shift toward a more aggressive market posture as the firm attempts to replace legacy, manual revenue processes with agentic AI infrastructure.
