Treon Launches Flow Platform to Absorb Amazon Monitron Users

Industrial companies relying on Amazon Monitron now face a transition to Treon Flow, a new predictive maintenance platform designed to preserve existing workflows while scaling AI analytics. Treon Inc announced the migration path on August 20, 2026, aiming to protect earlier investments in condition monitoring for large-scale asset fleets.

The migration initiative targets users of Amazon Monitron, a platform that gained industry traction after its 2020 launch by reducing unplanned downtime at Amazon fulfillment centers by nearly 70%. Treon is offering discounted subscriptions and a streamlined transition process to ensure that the maintenance experience remains consistent for those managing material handling and balance-of-plant assets.

Treon Flow builds upon the core technologies adopted by the company in 2025, adding enhanced fault detection and site-wide asset visibility. According to Tom Nordman, SVP of Marketing and Sales at Treon, the strategy focuses on minimizing operational disruption while providing a more agile environment for long-term maintenance. The solution integrates wireless vibration monitoring with automated workflows, aiming to surpass the capabilities of the original platform.

Demonstrations of the migration process and the new software are scheduled for PACK EXPO International, held October 18–21, 2026, at McCormick Place in Chicago. Treon, which currently serves over 200 customers across manufacturing and logistics, expects this move to solidify its position as a provider of AI-native industrial solutions.
