The appointment signals a strategic push to unify business development and personnel management as the firm oversees $82 billion in assets across its diverse financial divisions.
Bhalotia previously served as national business head for Kotak Bank’s private banking division. His extensive background spans institutional sales, asset management, and equity trading across both domestic and international markets. 360 ONE currently manages portfolios for more than 8,900 families and corporate entities, leveraging its merchant banking and mid-cap brokerage capabilities to maintain its market footprint.
