The new feature integrates directly into existing workflows within the company’s HIPAA-compliant platform. By selecting the "Display Printable (PDF)" option from a GER record, users can access a dropdown toolbar to choose their target language. The system then generates a translated version of the report, preserving standardized formatting while eliminating the need for manual translation or additional administrative work.
Therap Services Adds Multilingual PDF Translation to Incident Reports
Therap Services has launched a PDF translation tool for General Event Reports, allowing human services providers to instantly convert incident documentation into multiple languages. This update aims to remove communication barriers for care teams and families, ensuring that critical safety information remains accessible across diverse, non-English speaking communities.

This functionality extends Therap’s broader efforts to support inclusive, person-centered care in Long-Term Services and Supports and Home and Community-Based Services settings. By providing automated, instant access to translated incident summaries, care providers can improve transparency during follow-up discussions with families and non-English speaking staff members. The tool complements the company's existing AI-powered translation suite, which already covers care plans, daily notes, and health tracking modules.
