Tranquilla, a professional engineer with 35 years of experience, joins Mayfair after serving as Vice President of Projects at Canada Nickel Company. His background includes overseeing major mining developments such as the Detour Lake Mine and various potash expansions. At Mayfair, he will focus on translating the company's development strategy into an execution plan as the project moves through detailed engineering.

Wallin brings over three decades of expertise in environmental stewardship and regulatory permitting. Having previously held sustainability roles at Generation Mining and De Beers Canada, he is tasked with navigating the Ontario government’s One Project, One Process framework. His mandate includes strengthening relationships with Indigenous communities and ensuring the project meets all environmental requirements.

To align leadership with project milestones, Mayfair granted each executive 200,000 stock options. The company also issued over 2.4 million performance-based share units to staff, tied to specific development goals for the Fenn-Gib site. The project, which holds an indicated resource of 4.3 million ounces of gold, remains central to Mayfair’s goal of starting production by 2030.
