Deliverect and Bounteous Partner to Scale First-Party Digital Ordering
Restaurant and convenience brands face a persistent trade-off between creative guest experiences and the rigid operational infrastructure needed to scale. Deliverect and AI services firm Bounteous are moving to bridge this divide by integrating their respective platforms into a unified system for managing complex digital ordering ecosystems.

Combined, the two organizations command significant market reach. NomNom currently powers digital experiences for over 30 brands generating more than $3 billion in annual digital revenue, while Deliverect supports 80,000 locations globally through a network of 1,000 technology integrations. Don MacMillan, Head of Partnerships for North America at Deliverect, stated that the move is designed to help enterprise clients unify the guest journey while maintaining the operational rigor necessary to handle high-volume demand.
