Madaket Health Expands Leadership to Accelerate AI-Driven Data Workflows
Cambridge-based Madaket Health has appointed Varouzhan Ebrahimian as Principal AI Architect and Toni Osborne as Product Manager, signaling a strategic pivot toward automating provider data management. The move aims to replace manual, ad hoc credentialing processes with scalable AI agents to address persistent inaccuracies across the healthcare administrative ecosystem.

Supporting this technical evolution is Toni Osborne, who joins the product team with two decades of experience in healthcare technology and payer operations. Osborne is tasked with translating complex operational pain points into actionable product strategy, ensuring the company’s tools address the root causes of data breakdown. CEO Megan Schmidt noted that these hires represent a tactical investment in both the engineering architecture and the industry-specific expertise required to unify provider data across payers, revenue cycle teams, and digital health vendors.
