The feature, which underwent months of beta testing, is now available as a paid add-on. By automating the translation of inspection questions, deviation comments, and safety checklists, the system ensures that workers receive instructions in their native language in real time. This eliminates the need for external translation software or manual workarounds during time-sensitive tasks.
CheckProof Launches Real-Time Translation for Heavy Industry Sites
Language barriers often stall safety and operational protocols on international work sites, leaving critical instructions misunderstood. To bridge this gap, CheckProof is rolling out its Auto-Translate feature, which allows supervisors and frontline workers to communicate across different languages seamlessly within the company's existing mobile inspection platform.

Tom O'Boyle, Chief Product Officer at CheckProof, emphasized that safety should not depend on linguistic fluency. The company will showcase the technology live at the Steinexpo trade show in Germany from September 2 to 5. Once enabled, managers assign a preferred language to each employee, allowing workers to toggle translation settings directly within the app during their daily rounds.
