Kornit Digital Reaches $19.5 Million Settlement in Securities Lawsuit
A $19.5 million settlement has been proposed to resolve a long-standing class action lawsuit against Kornit Digital Ltd., involving allegations that the company and its top executives misled investors regarding business operations between February 2021 and July 2022.
Investors who purchased Kornit shares during the specified period, or through the company's November 2021 secondary offering, are eligible to participate in the settlement. A fairness hearing is scheduled for November 18, 2026, before Judge Madeline Cox Arleo to review the proposal and approve the allocation plan. Class members must submit a claim form by December 10, 2026, to receive a share of the funds, or file for exclusion by October 28, 2026, if they wish to opt out of the settlement entirely.
