The Woodlands-based staffing firm, founded in 2018, reported $20 million in 2025 revenue. By maintaining a 35.6% compound annual growth rate, the company secured its highest ranking to date. CEO Sam Brenner credits the consistency to a high level of internal commitment, noting that fewer than one in ten companies manage to sustain such growth over four straight years.
CRB Workforce Climbs Inc. 5000 Rankings on 148% Growth Surge
A 148% revenue increase over three years has propelled Houston-based CRB Workforce to the No. 2,277 spot on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list. This milestone marks the firm’s fourth consecutive appearance on the annual ranking of America’s fastest-growing private companies, representing a significant jump of 860 positions from its previous placement.

Much of this expansion stems from a strategic pivot toward cost-flexible delivery models. The company’s nearshore offering, CRB+, provides clients with talent in aligned time zones at a discount of 40% to 60% compared to domestic U.S. rates. This service has seen increased demand as businesses look to maintain development output despite tighter operational budgets. This latest recognition follows the firm’s recent inclusion in the Staffing Industry Analysts' list, where it secured the No. 7 spot among the fastest-growing IT staffing firms in the United States.
