Many industry professionals currently manage their assets through Excel or makeshift point-of-sale systems, lacking tools tailored to the specific needs of the rare coin trade. Stahl noted that attendees at the convention expressed immediate interest in a centralized platform capable of tracking cost basis, grading submissions, and payment histories. By moving away from manual tracking, the company expects dealers to spend less time on administrative overhead and more on actual transactions.
CoinDealerPro Debuts Specialized Software for Numismatic Traders
During the 2026 ANA World's Fair of Money in Pittsburgh, founder Josh Stahl unveiled CoinDealerPro, a dedicated inventory management platform. The software aims to replace the reliance on generic spreadsheets and fragmented systems that have long hindered professional coin dealers, bullion traders, and wholesale numismatic businesses in their daily operations.

The platform integrates CRM features, bullion support, and memo tracking into a single ecosystem. Following the official launch on August 26, the team has shifted focus toward onboarding early users and migrating existing inventory data into the new environment. CoinDealerPro intends to establish itself as a primary operating system for the numismatic sector, providing a purpose-built alternative to the generic software solutions that have dominated the market until now.
