SWI Group Joins NVIDIA Cloud Partner Program to Scale AI Infrastructure
With 3.6 gigawatts of power capacity already under its control across Europe and the United States, investment firm SWI Group has secured Preferred Partner status in the NVIDIA Cloud Partner (NCP) program to accelerate its transition into a vertically integrated global provider of artificial intelligence compute resources.
Founder and CEO Max-Hervé George described the move as a strategic evolution from managing raw power and infrastructure toward controlling the stack of chips, tokens, and applications. The company’s footprint is bolstered by its recent acquisition of SWI Digital—formerly Genesis Digital Assets—which provides 1.3 gigawatts of data center capacity in the US. In Europe, the firm manages the 2.3 gigawatt AiOnX portfolio, covering sites in Ireland, the UK, Spain, Denmark, and Italy. These moves coincide with broader financial activity, including a USD 693.9 million joint venture between Varia US and Brookfield Asset Management.
