Zoomd Technologies reported $7.7 million in revenue for the second quarter of 2026, marking an 11% increase over the previous quarter. Despite a significant year-over-year decline compared to 2025, the marketing technology firm maintained profitability and closed the period with $22.6 million in cash and zero bank debt.
Zoomd is currently leveraging its strong cash position to execute a Normal Course Issuer Bid (NCIB) program, having repurchased 131,000 common shares during the quarter. Chairman Amit Bohensky stated that the buybacks reflect confidence in the company’s long-term value, as management continues to pursue both organic and inorganic growth opportunities. The firm's gross margin remained steady at 43%, consistent with historical performance, as it navigates evolving market conditions and privacy-related shifts in the digital advertising sector.
