Trey Willerson has been appointed President of TRB Trust & Wealth Management, expanding his existing responsibilities as Chief Investment Officer. Based in Houston, he now oversees a division managing over $4 billion in assets, tasked with steering the bank’s statewide growth strategy while maintaining its core fiduciary standards.
He works alongside a senior leadership team including Division President John Tippit and Chairman Bobby Farris, both based in Harlingen. The executive group also includes Chief Operating and Compliance Officer Brian Cafferky, who joined the bank in 2024. Cafferky, formerly of Cantor Fitzgerald Ireland, manages the division's compliance and operational frameworks. The firm currently provides a range of fiduciary services, including estate administration and family office capabilities, targeting clients whose financial needs cross between traditional wealth management and business ownership.
