Veeva Launches AI-Driven Falcon Safety for Universal Case Management
Veeva Systems is expanding its life sciences portfolio with Falcon Safety, an agentic product designed to automate adverse event intake and case processing. By extending its reach beyond native software to include any E2B-compliant system like Oracle Argus or ArisGlobal LifeSphere, the platform aims to standardize compliance workflows across the industry.

Early adopter availability is scheduled for November 2026. This release marks a shift toward agnostic interoperability, allowing companies to integrate Falcon Safety into existing infrastructure without replacing their current safety databases. Veeva currently serves over 1,500 customers, positioning this AI-native tool as a scalable solution for both emerging biotech firms and large-scale pharmaceutical enterprises.
