Rebecca Grovenstein Named 2026 IFA Franchisee of the Year
Rebecca Grovenstein, a Lightbridge Academy multi-unit operator in North Carolina, has been named the 2026 Franchisee of the Year by the International Franchise Association. She will receive the honor at the IFA26 Advocacy Summit in Washington, D.C., for her contributions to workforce development and community engagement.

Matt Haller, president and CEO of the IFA, noted that the honor highlights individuals who build careers and support their communities. Lightbridge Academy CEO Gigi Schweikert credited Grovenstein’s success to operational discipline and a consistent focus on the needs of the families served at her centers. The association will host the recognition ceremony during its summit scheduled for September 14–16, 2026.
