Hulays brings nearly 30 years of experience to the position, having previously served as Senior Vice President of Finance. Since joining Hershey in 2012 as VP Finance for the Canadian division, he has overseen a wide range of corporate functions, including global supply chain, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise transformation. His professional background also includes a 15-year career at Procter & Gamble, where he held various roles in supply chain management and global business development.
Dave Hulays Appointed Chief Financial Officer at The Hershey Company
After a seven-year tenure, Steve Voskuil is stepping down as CFO of The Hershey Company, marking a leadership shift within the confectionery giant. Dave Hulays, a veteran financial executive who has spent over a decade within the firm’s ranks, assumed the role effective September 2, 2026.

CEO Kirk Tanner praised the appointment, citing Hulays' deep familiarity with the company’s commercial operations and growth strategy as essential for the firm's next phase. Voskuil, meanwhile, will transition to the role of Senior Vice President of Strategic Projects. He is scheduled to remain with the company until early 2027 to assist with the handover and support key initiatives for the board and executive leadership.
