On August 16, 2026, during the Pegasus Charge III exercise at Fort Hood, Texas, an end-to-end autonomous resupply mission successfully linked Rune Technologies' TyrOS command platform with Havoc's autonomous aircraft, marking a shift toward resilient logistics in environments where traditional communication networks are frequently jammed or completely unavailable.

The integration allows Rune’s AI-enabled mission command software to task Havoc’s fleet directly, removing the need for constant human oversight in high-risk zones. By utilizing Havoc’s Autonomy Development Kit, the system synchronizes supply routing across contested areas, aiming to reduce the cognitive load on warfighters who currently struggle to manage logistics while under fire. This partnership leverages Rune’s existing enterprise access within the U.S. Army, providing a scalable pathway to deploy these autonomous capabilities directly into active military formations.

Paul Lwin, CEO of Havoc, noted that contested logistics remains a primary hurdle for tactical success, and the combined system is intended to outmaneuver adversaries by ensuring supplies move as rapidly as command decisions are made. David Tuttle, CEO of Rune Technologies, emphasized that the platform bridges the gap between knowing unit needs and executing the physical delivery. The companies are positioning this collaboration as a critical upgrade for military sustainment, designed specifically to operate without the infrastructure reliance that often cripples modern digital supply chains in combat theaters.
