Pacific Asset Management and Citi Wealth Announce Leadership Changes
London-based Pacific Asset Management and global giant Citi Wealth are reshuffling their senior ranks to bolster investment and platform capabilities. Scott Spencer joins the former to drive multi-asset strategy, while Elizabeth McElherne steps into a pivotal leadership role at Citi to manage complex global investment vehicles.

At Citi Wealth, Elizabeth McElherne assumes the role of head of AIMS platform management, effective September 8. She will oversee the lifecycle of a diverse product suite, including private equity, real estate, hedge funds, and exchange-traded funds. Reporting to Daniel O’Donnell, McElherne brings over 17 years of experience to the position, having previously served as a founding member and global head of client solutions at Alchelyst. Her background includes significant tenures at Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Apollo Global Management, where she focused on scaling wealth platforms across multiple international markets.
