The proposed settlement, which covers investors who held Class A Common Stock through the redemption deadline, is currently awaiting final approval from the Delaware Court of Chancery. Vice Chancellor Paul A. Fioravanti, Jr. is scheduled to preside over a settlement hearing on December 2, 2026, to determine whether the terms are fair, reasonable, and adequate for the class.

Eligible stockholders seeking a portion of the net settlement fund must submit a claim form by January 2, 2026. Those wishing to file formal objections to the agreement or the proposed plan of allocation must ensure their documents reach the court and counsel by November 17, 2026. Detailed information, including the full notice and claim procedures, is available at the dedicated settlement website, www.SupernovaDeSPACStockholderSettlement.com.
