MEXC Campaign Targets Traditional Financial Market Constraints

A staggering 74.2% of retail investors surveyed have migrated parts of their traditional asset portfolios to cryptocurrency exchanges, signaling a fundamental shift in how global markets are accessed. MEXC is now formalizing this trend with its "Trade Wall Street, Without Walls" initiative, aimed at dismantling legacy brokerage limitations.

MEXC Campaign Targets Traditional Financial Market Constraints

The campaign identifies five structural "walls"—access, fees, time, capital, and direction—that have historically restricted retail participation in equity markets. Research conducted by MEXC and CoinGecko highlights that 58.8% of users are frustrated by limited trading hours, while 54.7% point to high commission fees as a primary deterrent. By contrast, the 24/7 liquidity and lower-cost structures native to crypto platforms are drawing traders away from traditional financial institutions.

To bridge this gap, MEXC has integrated a full lifecycle "Stock Ecosystem" ranging from Pre-IPO futures to tokenized equities. Vugar Usi Zade, CEO of MEXC, noted that the evolution is not merely about asset availability but about fundamentally redesigning the user experience to be more responsive. Alongside the platform expansion, the exchange is launching "Opportunity Compass," an educational initiative intended to help retail participants navigate the risks inherent in a multi-asset environment as the boundaries between crypto and traditional finance continue to blur.
